Staff were wonderful, clean and tidy throughout with change if towels every morning, great position 5 mins from the beach and 3 mins from 2nd road. Nice patio area with free tea and coffee and also some snacks available. Restaurants and massage parlours almost next door. I stayed for a month and cannot praise TJs too highly. Wonderful guesthouse on Soi 3, Pattaya. Nice quiet friendly area with plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. Walking distance to the beach, public transport (baht bus) and some of the livelier parts of town. The guesthouse itself is spotlessly clean and safe with friendly and helpful staff. All at a great price. Highly recommended.

A wonderful hotel in the northern area of Pattaya. Nearby is Terminal 21, the Siam Hotel, where you can buy a day pass and swim in the infinity pool. Also a beach, shops, restaurants, a market with an airplane. Excellent staff, quick check-in. Comfortable atmosphere. The room is very clean, spacious, has everything you need. Cleaning and 2 bottles of water every day. Homely cozy.

It is clean and convenient. Located away from the busiest areas it is quiet. Drinks in fridges available to buy. Good restaurant nearby

Everything was OK but, in case your luggage is heavy or you're old, let ask for a room in a lower floor since there is no lift.
